Flea Market! Woot!

Curt planned a day for us to go downtown SLC for the flea market. So fun! I remember we used to go to the one in Packwood, WA years ago:) Love the sweet finds and people. Curt and I hit a coffee shop, strolled the market, bought some shi...stuff, went to lunch and stopped at a few other unique shops downtown. Good times.

This aint just any old hat...it's straight up from Puerto Rico. The guy said so himself? Haha

NO LIE....I owned this jacket in Jr. High. It fit me a little better back then. Small? When was that?

Curtis (I finally figured it out) bought me this exact watch for my Birthday many many years ago. I'm pretty sure it was the first gift he gave me....other than Blake. Haha JK.

Cooper asked the other day why we didn't have any pictures of Jesus in the house. So, when we saw this, we HAD to get it for the Coopster....5 bucks baby! It lights UP for crying out loud!! Curtis picked it up and goes "Jeeezus Chrrrist!" Is it not the most hideous thing you've ever seen? The guy (same as my hat) said it got him through many years....hahaha. I have a feeling it will get Coop through some too;)

How cute is Billy? Work'in the specs!

Welp, funs over. I have a paper to write by midnight. My last one was submitted at 11:57 p.m. WURD! I.AM.AWESOME.

Summer, Summer, Summerttiimmee......

These are the top 10 things I love about my Summer break that I will cherish and remember when I am in the 6th month (gasp) of Winter.......

#1 Morning coffee outside on the deck......

#2 Coop climbing into my bed every morning, in his boxer briefs, with his tan, little, cute, body and cuddling with me.....

#3 Being able to put the kids to bed, stay up late, and watch a movie or play "Words" with the Husband. He makes us the best homemade popcorn. Once we went to the theatre and got a bucket of popcorn to eat at home. The Best!:).........

#4 Hanging out by Kristen's pool, almost daily, watching the kids swim, talking, laughing, playing Bananas, BBQ'ing hotdogs for lunch, and enjoying the rays....LOVE IT! Thank you Kris and Mark for the lovely pool:)

#5 Going into the canyon and roasting marshmallows...

#6 Watching the Orem Owlz baseball games.....

#7 Heading to 7 Peaks for the day. Sis and Coop came running to Heather and I and said, "We went on the big, yellow slide!" We freaked out! It was hilarious. How cute are they? I mean, C'mon! Can you stand it?!

#8 Enjoying time with friends that I don't get to see much during the school year...........

#9 Having the chance to clean out every closet, drawer, cupboard and room in the house. Thanks Curt for the help and motivation:)

#10 Seeing my beautiful, blossoming, flower pots when I drive into the driveway! My boys water them every morning for me:)

Thank You NFL!!!

So so so happy the NFL got their shit together for this season! Do you realize what that would have done to my life the next 6ish months? MISERY, I tell ya! There is no way this ONE woman could have replaced that "Fantasy" void. I may complain about the constant bickering, taunting, raging, gloating, scheming, and mediating I have to experience during the season, but it's WAY better than having that pressure put on me:) I swear Im going to record one of their conversations one day. I honestly think if they would listen to the playback, they'd find themselves silly. I have to admit....I do love me some football.

Blake do'in work! Haha...it's not too early for the trophy holder to be in preparation! It's Blake's "Shiva"

I wish this was a joke....

Cocky sonofahbeeeech! He reminds Curt everyday that he is the Fantasy Champ. So, everything he says is golden....no matter what topic! "Hey Dad, who's #1? Just say it....who? Who dad?"

Fish On! Wait, that was just a shoe...

Cooper fishing......He's sleeping!

Chase fishing.....He's multitasking (distracted) whittling his spear...

Blake fishing......Screw this!

Timp Cave!

About 6,700ft. in elevation! Great hike and view....for those who could actually look at it. I seriously am afraid of heights (moreso falling from heights), it was steep and I will have nightmares...Im not joking. Curtis had to hold my hand most of the way and if anyone even came close to the side I felt as if I would pass out!
Everyone else was kidding here......Not ME! That's how I felt. I know my truth.....:) In all fairness two people died last year....soooo, ya.

6 crazy boys! Seriously, trouble! Blake, Chase, Cooper, Butch, Trey, and Morgan

Coop and his Daddy
Soper's and the Cleveringa's, inside the cave.....SO AWESOME!

We had a wonderful guide, learned some interesting things, and heard some great stories. Cooper, of course, asked a LOT of questions.

It was a tight (short?) squeeze in some parts for the Blakster:)
My Man!

Rockin the hat Coop....Rockin the hat!
We walked to Cascade Springs before heading to the cave

Check out the Moose! We saw deer, lizzards, fish, squirrels.....all kinds of wildlife happen'in. There was even a rattlesnake on the trail exiting the cave. Making S'mores at Uncle Kevin and Aunt Connie's campsite. Best camping EVER! It's no Ohanapecosh....but, we stay til 10pm, play games, fish, nap, sit by the fire, go home, sleep in our beds wake up at 8am, drive 20 minutes have breakfast.....and that's camping:)

The boys took the Joyner for a ride. When they came back, Kevin was acting all nervous and weird to me. Afterwards the boys said Kevin goes, "uummm how about we DON'T talk about this to your Mom." Haha

Apparently Coop got thrown out at 15mph...he has scrapes, rashes and cuts all over his body, elbow and leg...It's a good thing his Daddy can take care of that stuff, I can't handle it. Today, Curt was gone so I had to assuage the situation and Cooper kept on saying, "Maybe we should ask Daddy....I want Dad to do it.....He knows how to do this stuff." I agree. A heartfelt kudos go out to all single parents.

Fam Damily

My niece, Bailey took these. Isn't she the coolest. Im too cheap to have them done professionally. I also got my blog book that I had printed....for $35.00!! It was from the past 2 years of blogging. That is the cheapest photo book/journaling I have ever done. And the quickest. I seriously logged on, clicked two buttons and was done. So nice. The boys love looking at them. I also have thought lately how much I would give to be reading something like this from my Mom. Her thoughts, comments, pictures, recipes, etc. I have so many good memories but it would be so cool to have. That's why I love blogging. Hey, you don't have to read it....don't be a hater:) When I was teaching kindergarten, I had all her files and I would sometimes see her notes, lesson plans, or doodles, etc. in them and it would just make my day....or make me cry.
